Additional Examination Information:

The examinations will use Scantron answer sheets. You will receive an exam booklet (with the questions) and a Scantron

answer sheet on which to pen/pencil out the letter [ A  B  C  D ] that corresponds to the correct answer.

Here is a sample of a Scantron answer sheet:    Scantron.pdf

IMPORTANT: Note that there are three (3) places where you are required to put your Student

ID number on the Scantron.

  1.              You are to write it in under your name

  2.              You are to write it vertically in the box on the left of the page

  3.              You are to pen/pencil out your student ID numbers in the box on the upper left

If you fail to enter your student ID number correctly in the box on the upper left you will not get your midterm grade until late October since the Scantron grading machine will not know who you are and will not assign a grade to you. I will have to search for your grade sheet by hand when you complain that you did not get a midterm grade back.

You will also put your name and student number on the exam booklet, which you will return at the end of the exam. You are free to write on the exam booklet as you work on your answers.  You will sign both your exam booklet and an examination roll sheet. You are required to have  your student ID with you in order to take the exam.
